Senior Software Engineers/Team Lead

Requirements

Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB,
JDBC, JMS, STRUTS, and XML. Experience using one of the J2EE Applications Servers is a must.
WebLogic 8.1 and above is preferred. Must be strong in one of the RDBMS such as Oracle, DB2, etc.
Oracle 8i and above with PL/SQL experience is preferred.
Should be able to design moderate level database schemas and write complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, etc.
Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Concepts.
Exposure to UML and Design Patterns is required.
Experience working under Unix/Linux environment is a must.
Experience using Eclipse under Windows/Unix is required
Experience using Web Services, XSL is desired.
Exposure to Hibernate, AJAX, JSF and Spring is a plus.
Experience using ClearCase is good to have.
Must have full software product lifecycle experience.
Experience in designing & developing small to medium scale websites and web applications.
If required, ability to technically lead a small team of developers.
Very good communication skills.
Self motivated, punctual and flourishes in any environment.
Excellent problem solving and team building skills is a must.
Looking for a self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems.
Past work experience at a leading professional software services firm with exposure to
US work culture and distributed project delivery (US, India, Europe) is preferred.
The person is required to work in a team environment designing
and developing applications for our clients in US.
Preferably a B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. with computer science background.
The position is based in Bangalore. For the tech/team lead position occasional trips to
US may be there for requirement study, implementation, etc.

You will be required to work in one of the projects for our direct client CISCO Systems,
USA that we are executing at our Offshore Development Center in Bangalore.
These projects are long term in nature and are expected to go for couple of years.
These are engineering release and development related applications and tools that are used by CISCO Systems and it's customers. No knowledge of networking, routing or switching related technologies is required.
