Insight Solutions Year 2000 Compliance Statement

Thank you for your interest in Insight Solutions Inc. and our effort to support Year 2000
compliance. We believe all of our products to be Year 2000 Compliant.

The Year 2000 Compliance includes the ability to:

Handle date information before, during, and after the 1st of January 2000, including but not limited to accepting date input, providing date output, and performing calculations on dates, or portions of dates;

Function accurately and without disruption solely as a result of the change from this century to the next;

Respond to two digit year date input in a way that resolves the ambiguity as to century in a disclosed, defined and pre-determined manner;

Store and provide output of date information in ways that are unambiguous to century;

Correctly process leap years.

Although our products will be Year 2000 compliant, we cannot guarantee compliance of other 3rd party products used in conjunction with Insight products. Third party products are those sold and shipped directly to a Customer by a third party vendor. If you are concerned with the Year 2000 compliance of a product sold and shipped by a third party vendor, please consult that vendor.

Warranties for specific products are set forth in the end user licenses and warranty and support agreements that accompanied the product. Customers should read those documents to understand their rights. Any information disseminated by Insight Solutions Inc., including this statement, does not constitute a certification, warranty, express or implied, or an extension of any warranty for our products. IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY SHALL INSIGHT SOLUTIONS INC.BE LIABLE TO ANY LICENSEE FOR ANY COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE LICENSE OF, USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY INSIGHT SOLUTIONS INC. PRODUCTS OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF INSIGHT SOLUTIONS INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL INSIGHT SOLUTIONS INC’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY ANY LICENSEE, AS THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ALLOCATION OF RISKS FORMED THE BASIS FOR THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THEM AND IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE OF ALL INSIGHT SOLUTIONS INC. PRODUCTS.

The information provided is believed to be accurate as of the date of this response. However, our evaluation is on-going and we expect that new and different information may become available to us over time, possibly causing statements herein to no longer be accurate. We undertake no obligation to inform you of such changes. Due to the high volume of requests, we may be unable to fill out and return individual surveys and questionnaires.
